About this meditation
This 9-minute guided meditation pairs a slow body-scan with a brief, judgment-free reflection on the day. You're invited to notice one moment of comfort or connection — a smile, a sip of warm tea, a deep breath — and let its warmth expand in your chest. It closes with a soft golden-light visualization wrapping you toward sleep.
Best for the kind of night when the day's edges still feel sharp and the body needs help letting it end.
Transcript
Welcome to your evening meditation. This is your time — a space for stillness, restoration, and peace.
If you have a jar of Beezy Beez CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey nearby, I invite you to enjoy a gentle teaspoon now. This calming blend was created to help your body transition more smoothly into rest. If you don't have it yet, that's completely okay. You'll still benefit fully from this meditation.
Now, allow your body to get comfortable. Let your eyes gently close, and let your evening begin.
Take a deep, slow breath in through your nose. And exhale softly through your mouth. Again, inhale. And exhale.
With each breath, begin to feel your body soften. Notice the surface beneath you, holding you with care. There's nothing you need to do right now, except breathe.
Let's take three more deep breaths together. Inhale slowly. Hold. Exhale gently. Again, inhale. Hold. And exhale. Once more, slow inhale. And a soft, steady exhale.
Now return to your natural breath. Let it be easy. Let it flow.
As your breath finds its own rhythm, allow yourself to slowly unwind from the day. Let go of the thoughts that are still lingering. Let them pass, like leaves floating downstream. They're not needed now. You can return to them tomorrow, if you choose.
For now, give yourself permission to be here, to be still, to be at peace.
Let's gently scan the body together, starting at the crown of your head. Bring your awareness to your scalp, then your forehead. Feel the muscles there soften. Let go of any tension. Unclench your jaw. Relax your cheeks. Soften the muscles in your neck and shoulders. Let them drop just a little more.
Feel the heaviness of your arms resting by your side. Let the calm drift down through your chest, your belly, your hips, your legs, all the way to your toes. Your entire body is beginning to feel heavier, more grounded, and more at ease.
Now, as you rest here in this soft stillness, begin to reflect on your day — not from a place of judgment, but simply noticing.
Notice how far you've come today. Notice what you carried, what you managed, what you gave your energy to. Whether it was a full day or a quiet one, you made it through. Let that be enough.
Take a breath in. And out.
Bring to mind one moment from today — no matter how small — that brought you a sense of comfort, connection, or ease. Perhaps it was a kind word, a smile, a deep breath, or simply the silence between tasks. Hold that moment gently in your mind. Let yourself feel the warmth of that memory expanding in your chest.
Now, silently repeat after me: I am grateful for this day. I did what I could, and that is enough. I allow myself to rest now, fully and peacefully.
Now bring your attention to your breath once more. Feel the way your chest rises and falls. With each inhale, invite in calm. With each exhale, let go of tension.
Inhale calm. Exhale stress. Inhale rest. Exhale effort. Inhale peace. Exhale the day.
Let your breath be your lullaby. Let it rock you gently toward rest.
Imagine now a soft, golden light above you. It begins to trickle down gently — over your head, your shoulders, down your arms, chest, and legs. This light is warm. It carries with it a sense of safety and serenity. It wraps around you like a soft blanket, reminding your body that it's time to rest, that you are safe, and all is well.
Let's close with three deep breaths together. Inhale deeply. Hold. Exhale slowly. Again, inhale calm. Hold. Exhale the day. And once more, inhale rest. Hold. Exhale into peace.
You've done something beautiful for yourself tonight. You've created space for peace. You've made room for healing.
Allow yourself now to drift into sleep, or simply remain in this calm, relaxed state as long as you'd like.
Thank you for sharing this moment of stillness with me. May your night be gentle, and your dreams be kind.
