About this meditation
This 8-minute guided meditation is for the nights when the body is ready but the mind keeps replaying — the unfinished conversation, the email you forgot, the thing you said. It teaches the mind to watch thoughts rather than chase them, using a single grounding image (clouds in a wide sky) and one anchoring phrase: I am safe. I am calm. I am allowed to rest.
Most useful when sleep feels close but the inner narrator won't quit.

Welcome. Tonight is yours.
Before we begin, take a moment to get comfortable. Whether you're lying in bed, resting on the couch, or tucked into your favorite chair — let your body be supported. Let gravity hold you.
And if you have your jar of Beezy Beez CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey, now's the perfect time to take a teaspoon. Let it melt on your tongue as you breathe deeply. Its gentle formula is crafted to support deep, natural rest. But don't worry if you don't have it tonight — you're still in the right place, at the right time.
Now, let's begin. Lying down is perfect — feel free to pull up your covers, dim the lights, and close your eyes whenever you're ready.
Take a deep, slow breath in. And exhale it all the way out. Again, inhale gently and fully. And exhale, allowing your body to soften, just a little more.
Let your breath begin to slow. With every breath, imagine tension melting from your shoulders, your chest, your back. Let your hands rest comfortably. Let your jaw relax.
Now bring your awareness to your mind. Not to judge. Not to force it quiet. Just observe. Notice what's there.
You may have thoughts from your day — things you forgot to do, conversations that replay. This is natural. You are human. It's okay.
Instead of pushing them away, imagine each thought arriving like a small cloud. You see it. You name it. And then, you let it drift across the sky. No holding. No chasing.
Say gently in your mind: I notice this thought. I allow it to pass.
Bring your attention now to your breath. Inhale peace. Exhale tension. Inhale ease. Exhale the noise.
Now, we'll use a simple phrase to anchor your mind in stillness. Repeat silently after me: I am safe. I am calm. I am allowed to rest.
Again: I am safe. I am calm. I am allowed to rest.
If more thoughts appear, greet them gently. Then return to your breath. Return to this moment.
There is nothing you need to fix right now. No one you need to be. No thought you must solve. Just breath. Just this moment. Just you.
Let's move deeper now. Picture yourself walking along a quiet trail at twilight. The sun is low. The air is soft. Each step brings you further from the rush of the day, and deeper into peace.
You find a cozy spot — a soft patch of moss beneath a canopy of trees. The wind is light. The forest holds you. You sit, or maybe you lie down, and feel the earth gently supporting your body.
In this place, your thoughts are free to fade. You are safe. You are still. You are enough.
Let this image hold you as we move into a few moments of silence.
Now, gently return your awareness to your breath. Inhale. Exhale. Feel your body resting deeper into the surface beneath you. Feel your mind quiet, your energy soft.
You can return here any time you wish. With a single breath. With a single moment of stillness.
Thank you for allowing yourself this time to rest and restore.
May your night be gentle. May your mind be quiet. And may sleep come naturally, like a tide returning home.
