Welcome to this sleep meditation, designed to help you unwind, release any tension from the day, and prepare for a restful night's sleep.

Now, settle in, make yourself comfortable, and we'll begin.
Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, somewhere you can fully relax. Allow your body to rest. Feel supported and let go of any tension in your muscles.
Take a deep breath in, feeling your belly expand, and slowly exhale, releasing any worries or stress from the day. Let your breathing settle into a slow, natural rhythm.
As you breathe in, imagine you're drawing in a gentle, warm light, filling you with a sense of calm and peace. And as you breathe out, let go of any remaining tension, letting it drift away.
Now, gently bring your awareness to the top of your head, softening the muscles in your forehead, releasing any tension around your eyes, and relaxing your jaw and letting your lips part slightly.
Allow this gentle relaxation to travel down through your neck, releasing any tightness and flowing down into your shoulders. Feel your shoulders sink, letting go of the weight they may carry. Feel this wave of relaxation moving down your arms, to your elbows, to your wrists, and all the way to the tips of your fingers.
Now, bring your attention to your chest. Feel it rise and fall with each breath, letting your heart beat steadily, peacefully. Breathe in calmness and breathe out tension.
Moving down to your belly, let it soften and release. Feel your hips settle into your seat or bed, grounding you, anchoring you in comfort and security.
Let this relaxation continue to flow down your legs, to your knees, your calves, your ankles, and all the way to your toes. Your entire body is now fully relaxed, warm, heavy, and at peace.
Now, imagine yourself lying under a clear starry night sky. The air around you is calm and soothing, with a gentle breeze carrying the faint scent of cinnamon and honey. You feel safe here, completely at ease, as the night wraps around you like a soft, warm blanket.
Look up at the stars and notice their gentle glow, each one shimmering softly. As you breathe in, feel this starlight filling your body with a warm, peaceful energy. And as you breathe out, let go of anything that no longer serves you. Any stress, any worries, just letting them drift away with each exhale.
Allow yourself to feel connected to this peaceful energy, feeling it flow through you with each breath, grounding you, bringing you deep into this present moment.
As you continue to breathe slowly, gently repeat this mantra in your mind: I am calm. I am safe. I am at peace.
With each inhale, feel a wave of calmness spreading through you. With each exhale, let yourself sink even deeper, becoming more relaxed, more grounded. I am calm. I am safe. I am at peace.
Let this mantra carry you deeper into relaxation, into a state of complete tranquility. There is nowhere else you need to be, nothing else you need to do. You are here, fully present, fully at ease.
Now, as we near the end of this meditation, know that this feeling of calm, this sense of peace will stay with you as you drift into a restful sleep.
For now, take a final deep breath in, and let it out slowly. Allow yourself to sink fully into your bed, feeling relaxed, peaceful, and ready for a deep and restful sleep.
