Welcome to your morning meditation.
Take a moment now to settle in. Find a comfortable seat, or lie down if you prefer. Let your body relax, knowing this time is just for you.
We'll begin by simply noticing the breath. Without trying to change it, just feel it as it moves in and out. Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Let's begin with a slow, deep inhale through your nose — gently filling your lungs, feeling your chest and belly expand. And a long, slow exhale through your mouth, feeling everything soften.
Again, inhale deeply, imagining you're drawing in fresh, vibrant energy from the air around you. And exhale, releasing any tension, any fatigue.
With each breath, envision a soft golden light filling your body. This light brings with it calm, clarity, and renewed vitality.
As you inhale, imagine this golden light flowing into your head, clearing away any mental fog. And as you exhale, release any leftover worries or scattered thoughts.
Breathe in deeply again. This time, visualize the light moving into your chest, filling your heart space with warmth and optimism. As you breathe out, let go of any heaviness you've been carrying. Feel yourself getting lighter, brighter — as if you're charging your body with pure, positive energy.
Let's take a few more deep, easy breaths together now. Inhaling peace, exhaling tension. Inhaling fresh strength, exhaling fatigue.
Allow your body to gently awaken, like the first light of morning touching the earth. Gentle, soft, yet full of promise.
If your mind drifts, that's perfect. Just return your focus, kindly, to your breathing. Each inhale, welcoming new vitality. Each exhale, letting go of anything you no longer need.
As you continue breathing, silently say to yourself: I welcome energy. I welcome clarity. I welcome calm.
Feel those words settle into your body. Feel your entire being respond.
Let's take three final deep breaths together now. Breathing in light, breathing out tension. And one last full breath in. And one last full breath out.
Take a moment to notice how you feel now. More awake, more balanced, more alive.
When you're ready, gently bring some small movements to your fingers and toes. Maybe stretch your arms overhead. And open your eyes when you feel ready, carrying this renewed energy with you into the rest of your day.
