I would give it 4stars bc it does relax and calms you so you can get rest settled down for sleep, however I’ve experienced a headache the next day and constipation, I tried the product for 3 days stop the headache went away, tried it again same result I think I’m gonna cut the dose in half and see if that helps! Oh boy I wanted this to work for my sleep issues!
