I have been using their honey product now for almost a year. He works for me. Couple hours before I go to bed i'll take a half a teaspoon plus or minus depending on how I feel that night. It calms me down and puts me to sleep. In the morning I wake up with no issues. I recommend this product to anybody that has problems sleeping. I've been recommending this to my friends since I started.

Coming off a prescription med for sleep after 13 years. In the past, when I would forget to bring my medication with me a sleepless night was ahead. Of the several different honey varieties I have tried from your company, this is my favorite. Taste is subjective and I love the others I’ve tried, but this one is my favorite. I’ve truly benefited from your products. Anxiety has been an issue for me for several years and prescription medication always has serious side effects. With your honey, the anxiety disappears more easily than with the prescriptions and there are no side effects.
