(1) You can start with 1/2  teaspoon  Beezy Beez Honey;1 hour to 1.5 hours before bedtime or the time you'd like the benefits to take effect.

(2) From there, you can increase it by 1/2 a teaspoon until you reach the results you are looking for, assuming you've seen no effects; do not exceed 2 full teaspoons per serving.

The reason behind this process is that every strength is an additional 1/2 a teaspoon will provide you with 14MG or 21MG  of Botanical Extract (depending on the strength you purchased.
