About this meditation

This 7-minute guided meditation moves through a full body scan from feet to face, then anchors a glowing light at the center of the chest. The light expands outward, soft and steady, until the whole body feels calm and centered.

Find a comfortable position, take a teaspoon of CBN cinnamon honey if it's part of your routine, and let the breath carry you.

Take a deep, slow breath in and release. Allow yourself to settle, feeling supported by the surface beneath you.

With each breath, feel your body beginning to soften, surrendering to this peaceful moment. Gently close your eyes if that feels right, or simply soften your gaze. Start by bringing your attention to your breath.

Notice how it flows in and out. Naturally, without any effort, each inhale brings in fresh energy, and each exhale lets go of what's no longer needed.

With each breath, you're creating a space to let balance and harmony fill your mind and body.

Now let's take a moment to tune into your body, beginning with your feet. Notice any sensations present there. Are they warm, cool, light, or heavy? Simply observe without judgment.

As you breathe out, imagine any tension from your feet melting away. Slowly bring this same gentle awareness to your legs, your hips, allowing them to relax with each exhale.

Move your awareness to your abdomen, noticing how it rises and falls with your breath. Let your stomach soften as you breathe deeply, inviting a sense of calm to settle here.

Allow any tension you may be holding in this area to release with each exhale. Now shift your attention to your chest and shoulders, letting them soften. Letting the tension melt away like mist under the sun.

Bring your awareness to your hands and arms. Allow any stress you might be holding there to drift away with each exhale.

Now let your awareness move to your neck, your jaw, your face, so often these areas, releasing any remaining tightness, until your entire body feels calm and at ease.

Now let's bring your focus inward. Imagine a small glowing light in the center of your chest, a warm, gentle light that represents balance and harmony.

Feel its soothing glow expand, radiating warmth and calm throughout your entire body.

With each breath, this light grows, feeling you with a profound sense of peace. As you continue breathing deeply, feel the calmness of this inner light spreading through your mind as well.

Imagine it clearing away any racing thoughts, gently quieting your mind. Allow yourself to rest in this calm state, knowing that here you are balanced, centered, and whole. Take a few more moments to enjoy this harmony you've created, letting it resonate within you. Know that this balance is always available to you, ready to return whenever you need it.

When you're ready, begin to gently bring your awareness back to your chest. Wiggle your fingers and toes, feeling yourself grounded and present.

Take one last deep breath, and as you exhale, carry this sense of balance with you as you move forward.

Thank you for sharing this time with me. you
