Welcome to tonight's meditation, Bedtime Reflection and Release. Before we begin, I invite you to take a moment to settle in and let yourself unwind. If you happen to have our CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey on hand, taking a teaspoon now may enhance the relaxation that follows. It's crafted to support a peaceful night's rest. But if you don't have it yet, not to worry. You can enjoy this meditation fully as is. To learn more about it, visit deepbearsleep.com. 1.
Start by closing your eyes, gently allowing any tension to melt away as you begin to focus on your breath. Breathe in deeply, and breathe out slowly, letting go of the day with each exhale. 2. Take another deep breath, and as you do, feel your body sink deeper into a state of rest.
Notice the rhythm of your breathing, natural and unhurried, as you allow yourself to simply be here in this moment, releasing the weight of the day. 3.
As you breathe, bring your attention to any lingering thoughts or feelings from today.
There's no need to push them away. Instead, simply notice them. Let them drift to the surface, observing them with a gentle curiosity, free from judgment. 4.
Now imagine each thought or feeling you've carried with you throughout the day. As a gentle ripple on the surface of a calm lake, as you continue to breathe deeply, imagine the ripples becoming still, settling naturally as the lake returns to its peaceful, reflective state. 5.
Shift your focus inward, sensing the peace within that has been here all along. 6.
Imagine a warm light glowing softly at the center of your chest. With each breath, see this light expand, filling you with a sense of warmth, calm, and quiet strength. 7. Take a moment now to reflect on one thing you feel grateful for today. It could be something simple, a small moment of peace, or even the opportunity to take this time for yourself.
Let this feeling of gratitude fill your heart, washing over any remaining stress like a gentle wave bringing calm to the shore. 8.
As we come to the end of our reflection, imagine releasing any lingering thoughts or worries, like leaves falling gently from a tree. 9. Watch them drift away, carried by a light breeze, knowing they no longer need your attention tonight. 10. Return now to the feeling of your breath steady and calm. 11.
Take one more deep breath in, feeling gratitude for this time of release, and let it all go as you exhale. Wide your body is at ease, your mind is clear, and you are ready for a peaceful night's sleep. 12.
When you're ready, bring gentle movement back to your fingers and toes, feeling the calm, centered energy of this moment remain with you as you prepare to rest deeply.
Thank you for joining me in this meditation. I hope you feel a deeper sense of calm and release. May tonight bring you the restful sleep you deserve. Until next time, rest well and take care.
