About this meditation

This 7-minute guided meditation uses a visualization of warm golden light flowing through the body to release accumulated daily stress. The light moves from the crown of the head, down the spine, and out through the toes — a structure designed to give the mind a clear path to follow when the body is wound up.

If a teaspoon of CBN cinnamon honey is part of your evening routine, take it now. The meditation works either way.

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation, designed to help you release the weight of daily stress and rediscover a sense of peace.

Before we begin, I'd like to mention a simple addition that could deepen your relaxation, our CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey. Taking one teaspoon of this natural blend before meditating can enhance your experience, allowing you to unwind more fully. But don't worry if you don't have it today, simply being here is already a step toward tranquility.

For more information on how this soothing honey can be a part of your next session, visit deepbearsleep.com.

Now find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes.

Allow your body to relax into the surface beneath you. Take a deep breath in through your nose, holding for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

With each breath, feel the tension in your body begin to release, melting away, like snow under the warmth of the sun.

As you continue to breathe, bring your attention to the present moment. Let go of any thoughts about what has happened today or what lies ahead.

Imagine each inhale filling your body with calm energy, and each exhale carrying away the stress and worries you no longer need.

Picture a gentle golden light beginning to flow from the top of your head, spreading warmth and relaxation down your neck, across your shoulders, and into your chest.

With each breath, this soothing light moves further, softening any knots of tension in your arms down to your fingertips. As you feel this light continue its journey, let it sweep across your back and down your spine, releasing any tightness, like a river washing over smooth stones.

Feel it glide down your hips, easing your thighs and softening your knees. Let this sensation spread all the way down to your toes, where any lingering tension flows out and dissipates into the air.

Now bring your focus to the rise and fall of your chest. Each breath is an opportunity to let go. Inhale peace, exhale stress. You are safe, supported, and at ease.

As you continue to rest in this peaceful state, remind yourself of the time you were here. That it is okay to let go. It is okay to pause.

The day's demands can wait as you restore your mind and body. With each passing moment, feel yourself becoming lighter.

Your body is calm and your mind is clear. Embrace this space of stillness, knowing that this moment is yours to hold on to.

When you're ready, begin to deepen your breaths. Feel your fingers and toes gently awaken and allow your awareness to return to the room. When you open your eyes, do so softly, bringing with you this newfound calm and lightness.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation. Remember, you can return to this peaceful state any time you need to let go of stress. And if you're curious about enhancing your relaxation further, don't forget to visit deepbearsleep.com for more on our CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey. Until next time, take gentle care of yourself.
