About this meditation

This 7-minute guided meditation uses gratitude as the structural anchor — bringing to mind two small moments from your day and letting that warmth expand through the chest and body. Designed for nights when the mind wants to rehearse what's wrong; gratitude gives it something better to hold.

Lie down somewhere comfortable, take a teaspoon of honey if you have it, and let the day end well.

Welcome to tonight’s guided meditation, created to help you relax, unwind, and gently transition into a peaceful night’s sleep. This session will focus on gratitude, allowing you to reflect on positive moments from your day and embrace a sense of calm before bedtime.

Before we begin, if you have Beezy Beez CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey with you, now is the perfect time to enjoy a small teaspoon of it. This honey is infused with calming CBN, designed to support relaxation and help guide you into a deeper, more restful sleep. You can enjoy it on its own, or mix it into a warm drink of your choice—whatever feels right for you.

If you don’t have it with you tonight, that’s perfectly okay. You can still enjoy all the benefits of this meditation on its own. But next time, I highly recommend giving it a try— it’s a simple, soothing addition to your nighttime routine that can help ease your mind and body into relaxation.

Now, find a comfortable position, either lying down or seated, where you can fully relax. Close your eyes, and let yourself become aware of your breath.

Take a deep breath in... and slowly let it out. With each exhale, let go of any tension.

Feel your body begin to soften, and allow your mind to settle into this quiet, peaceful moment. Let go of the day. Whatever happened today is now behind you. Right now, your only focus is on relaxation and preparing yourself for a restful night’s sleep. Let’s begin by focusing on your breath. Take a slow, deep breath in... and gently exhale.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the calm rhythm of your breathing. With every breath, allow your body to relax further, sinking into the surface beneath you.

Now, let your mind shift toward gratitude. Think of one thing from your day— no matter how small— that you’re grateful for. It could be a kind word from someone, a moment of peace, or even a task you completed. Whatever it is, bring it to mind, and feel a sense of warmth and appreciation for that moment. As you reflect on this feeling of gratitude, let it expand.

Let it fill your chest, like a soft, comforting light. Feel it spreading throughout your body, easing any tension or stress.

With each breath, allow this sense of gratitude to grow, filling you with calm and peace.

Now, think of something else you’re grateful for. It might be the comfort of your bed, the quiet of the night, or simply this time you’ve taken for yourself. Let this second thought of gratitude settle in, bringing even more relaxation into your body and mind.

As you continue to breathe deeply, let these feelings of gratitude wash over you, releasing any worries or tension from your day. The more you focus on what you’re grateful for, the more you allow your mind to relax, and the easier it becomes to let go of any lingering stress.

Imagine that with each exhale, you’re letting go of something you no longer need— whether it’s stress, worry, or tension. And with every inhale, you’re inviting in more calm, more peace, and more gratitude.

Now, picture yourself in a peaceful place. It could be a place you’ve been to before, or somewhere your mind creates— a space where you feel completely at ease. Perhaps it’s a quiet garden, a beach at sunset, or a cozy room where you feel safe and warm. Take a moment to let this place come to life in your mind.

Feel the serenity of this space, and notice how your body relaxes even more. In this peaceful place, continue to reflect on the things that bring you joy and comfort. Each thought of gratitude softens your body, slows your breathing, and brings you closer to a deep state of rest.

As you rest in this feeling of gratitude, know that you are exactly where you need to be. There’s nothing more to do, nowhere else to be right now. Simply allow yourself to be here, in this moment of peace. Let your body grow heavy, sinking deeper into relaxation. Let your mind become light, free of worry or tension.

With each breath, you are preparing yourself for a restful, rejuvenating sleep. As we come to the end of this meditation, take one last deep breath in... and let it out slowly.

Allow yourself to carry this sense of gratitude and calm with you as you drift off to sleep. You’ve given yourself the gift of relaxation and peace tonight, and you deserve a restful, restorative sleep.

Thank you for joining this meditation. I wish you a peaceful night, and when you’re ready, let yourself drift off, knowing that you are safe, calm, and ready for deep, restful sleep.

Goodnight.
