About this meditation
This 10-minute guided meditation is designed for the moments just before bed, when the day's tension is still held in the shoulders, jaw, and chest. It moves through breath, a gentle full-body release, and a closing affirmation: You are safe, you are calm, and you are free.
If a teaspoon of CBN cinnamon honey is part of your wind-down, take it now. Otherwise, just let the breath do the work.

Welcome to this gentle guided meditation, designed to help you release any tension or stress you're holding onto before bed. Over the next 10 minutes, we'll focus on relaxing both your body and your mind, allowing you to drift into a restful night of sleep.
Before we begin, I'd like to introduce a natural companion to this practice, CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey. This special blend of CBN, a cannabinoid known for its calming effects and the soothing warmth of cinnamon, can help create the perfect environment for deep, restorative sleep.
If you have some with you, feel free to take a teaspoon now. Simply let it melt on your tongue and allow its soothing properties to settle your body into relaxation. If you don't have it with you today, that's completely okay.
You can still benefit from this meditation without it, but I do encourage you to try it before our next session, as it gently enhances the relaxation process, making your evening ritual even more serene.
Now, let's begin. Find a comfortable position. Whether you're sitting or lying down, close your eyes gently. Start by taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Feel the weight of your body as it rests against the surface beneath you. Allow yourself to be fully supported by the ground, releasing any tension from your muscles with every breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Now, bring your awareness to your feet. Imagine that with each breath, your feet grow heavier, sinking softly into the surface.
As you exhale, release any tightness from your toes, the arches of your feet, and your ankles. Let them soften and relax.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly through your nose. The arches of your feet and your ankles. Let them soften and relax.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, move your attention up to your legs. Feel the weight of your legs resting and notice if there's any tension in your calves or thighs.
As you breathe out, imagine that tension melting away, leaving your legs feeling warm, soft, and relaxed.
With each breath, continue to move your focus up your body. Inhale and as you exhale, release the muscles in your lower back, your abdomen, your chest.
Allow your breath to become even more natural, easy, and soft. Each inhale brings in calm energy, and each exhale releases any stress or discomfort.
Now, bring your awareness to your shoulders. We often carry a lot of tension here without realizing it.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, imagine your shoulders gently dropping, releasing any weight they've been holding throughout the day.
Feel your neck and jaw soften and let go of any tension you might be holding in your face. Relax your forehead, your eyelids, and your cheeks. Let your whole face soften, as if you're releasing every last bit of stress with your breath. Take a few more deep, slow breaths. Inhale and exhale. Let your body sink deeper into relaxation.
Feel yourself becoming lighter with each breath, as any remaining tension just melts away.
Now, let's take a moment to release any mental stress you've been carrying. Imagine that all your thoughts, worries, to-do's, or concerns are like clouds floating in the sky. You don't need to push them away or hold on to them. Just observe them as they pass, drifting slowly and gently out of view. Breathe deeply, and as you exhale, let go of anything that no longer serves you. You are safe, you are calm, and you are free.
You are safe, you are calm, and you deserve this moment of peace. Feel how relaxed your body has become, how still and calm your mind feels.
Each breath you take draws you deeper into this state of tranquility. Take a few more moments here, simply being, letting go, and preparing yourself for a night of restful, peaceful sleep.
As we come to the end of this meditation, know that you can return to this place of calm and stillness whenever you need it. This practice, combined with simple natural aids like the CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey, can deepen your evening routine, helping you relax even more effortlessly. If you didn't have it with you today, I encourage you to try it before your next session.
Its gentle support can enhance your relaxation even further, creating an even more peaceful transition into sleep. Take one final deep breath in, and slowly exhale.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you into relaxation tonight. I wish you deep rest and peaceful dreams.
