About this meditation

This 9-minute guided meditation moves slowly through the body's tension points, then opens into a visualization of a quiet field at twilight — moonrise, soft breeze, the first stars. The mantra at the center: I am safe. I am at peace. It is okay to rest now.

Take a teaspoon of CBN cinnamon honey if you have it, settle in, and let the night hold you.

Welcome. Tonight is yours. Before we begin, take a moment to get comfortable. Whether you're lying in bed, resting on the couch, or tucked into your favorite chair, let your body be supported. Let gravity hold you. And if you have your jar of Beezy Beez CBN Cinnamon Sleep Honey, now's the perfect time to take a teaspoon. Let it melt on your tongue as you breathe deeply.

Its gentle formula is crafted to support deep, natural rest. But don't worry if you don't have it tonight. You're still in the right place, at the right time. You can always explore more at deepbearsleep.com later.

Now, let's begin. Take a long, slow breath in through your nose. Hold it gently. And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Feel your shoulders begin to soften. Again, inhale deeply. Notice how the breath fills you. And exhale.

Feel your body begin to settle. Let your breath become a little slower with each cycle. Each inhale, welcoming calm. Each exhale, releasing effort.

Now, gently turn your attention to the very top of your head. Imagine a soft wave of relaxation. Washing over your scalp. Smoothing the space between your eyebrows. Releasing any tension in your forehead. Let that wave move downward. Over your temples. Across your cheeks. Soften your jaw. Unclench your teeth. Let your tongue rest gently in your mouth. Breathe. And feel how even your face can let go.

Now bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders. Let your shoulders drop a little further from your ears. You don't need to hold anything right now.

Imagine a warm, comforting presence. Melting the stress from your shoulders. Like sunlight on snow. Let that warmth travel down your arms. Elbows. Wrists. All the way to your fingertips. You may feel a gentle tingling. That's your body releasing tension and inviting stillness.

Now, back to your chest. Notice the rhythm of your breath. No need to change it. Just let it be easy.

With every breath out, imagine letting go of the weight of the day. The conversations. The plans. The worries. All of it. Softening. Floating away.

Bring your awareness now to your belly. Let it rise and fall with your breath. There's nothing to control. Only to feel.

Now, down to your hips. Your thighs. Knees. Calves. Ankles. And finally, your feet. Let go. Let them become heavy. Supported. Still. You are safe to rest.

Now, imagine you are standing in a quiet field. The sky is turning to twilight. The sun has set and the first stars begin to show themselves above you. A soft breeze moves through the tall grasses, brushing against your skin with the gentlest touch. You are barefoot, and the earth beneath you feels cool and grounding.

Each breath you take blends with the calm of the night. You feel the peace of nature surrounding you. You are not thinking. You are feeling. You are being. Above, the moon shines quietly, watching over you. Not rushing. Not judging. Just being there. And like the moon, you are allowed to simply be.

Now, gently picture the stress from your day. Maybe it's a conversation. A decision. A worry that won't let go. Whatever it is, you don't need to fight it. Just see it as a cloud. A soft, harmless cloud, drifting through your sky. You are the sky. The cloud is passing. You remain calm, wide, spacious. Let it move. Let it fade. Let it dissolve. Return to your breath.

Silently or out loud, repeat after me, I am safe. I am at peace. It is okay to rest now. Let the words settle into your body. Let them become part of your breath. Part of your heartbeat.

There is nothing I need to do. There is nowhere I need to be. This moment is enough.

Feel your body completely supported. As if the mattress, the air, and the night itself are all holding you. If your mind wanders, that's okay. Bring it gently back to your breath. Back to the stillness. Back to the quiet warmth within you. You are not alone. You are safe. You are deeply, deeply loved. As this meditation comes to an end, there's no need to move. If sleep is coming, let it arrive.

Let yourself float gently into it. If you're still awake, know that you've done enough. Rest is here. Peace is near.

Thank you for taking this time to care for yourself. Wishing you the deepest, most restful sleep. Until next time, be well.
