About this meditation

This 5-minute guided meditation is for mid-morning, after the rush of waking up has passed — a small pause to find one peaceful moment from earlier and let it expand through the body.

Stillness as something to notice, not something to manufacture. A gentle reset.

Welcome! We are about to dive into the world of guided meditation. Here at Beezy Beez Honey, we are all about promoting sleep in a natural and calming way. For more episodes like this one, please visit our website at deepbearsleep.com.

Let's begin by settling into a comfortable position. Let your body rest gently, either sitting or lying down.

Allow your hands to relax. Let your eyes softly close. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, and gently exhale through your mouth. Again, in through the nose, and out through the mouth.

Let's begin by arriving in this moment, right here, right now. Allow your breath to anchor you to the present.

Now, I'd like to invite you to softly reflect on your morning. Even if your morning felt busy or unsettled, see if you can bring to mind just one moment, however small, where peace touched your day. Maybe it was the stillness before the world woke up. A sip of warm tea. The soft light through your window. A smile. A breath. Pause there.

Let that moment come into focus, like a gentle wave of warmth washing over you. Notice how your body feels as you recall it.

Notice the calm it brings to your chest, your shoulders, your jaw. If more than one moment of peace surfaces, let it. Let each soft memory settle into your body like a soothing light.

Allow yourself to relive it, not in thought. But in feeling. Breathe deeply into this feeling of peaceful remembrance. Let it expand across your chest, down through your arms, and into the space around you. You don't have to hold on to anything tightly. Peace doesn't ask that of you. It simply asks you to notice it. To welcome it when it comes. To honor the calm when it arrives.

Even if just for a breath or two. Let's take a few more breaths together. Inhale deeply. And exhale slowly. Again. In. And gently, out.

Now take a moment to thank yourself. For pausing. For choosing this moment of calm. For allowing stillness to be enough. And as we prepare to close, carry this memory of peace with you. Let it stay with you. As a quiet companion throughout your day.

When you're ready, begin to bring gentle movement back to your body. Wiggle your fingers. Roll your shoulders. And in your own time, softly open your eyes.

Welcome back. Thank you for listening to Beezy Beez guided meditations. And for sharing this time to nurture your calm and focus. Remember, this inner peace is always within you. Ready to guide you whenever you need it. Until we meet again, sleep deeply. Breathe gently. And be kind to yourself.
