Welcome! We are about to dive into the world of guided meditation. Here at Beezy Beez Honey, we are all about promoting sleep in a natural and calming way. For more episodes like this one, please visit our website at deepbearsleep.com.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position. Gently close your eyes. Allow your hands to rest softly on your lap or by your sides, and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Again, deep breath in, and slowly exhale.

Feel your body begin to soften, letting the weight of the day melt away. Now, gently bring your awareness to your breath. The steady rise and fall of your chest. The natural rhythm of life moving through you.

There's nowhere to be, nothing to do. Just be here. Now, breathing. As you settle into this quiet space, let's welcome in calming, centering affirmations. You can silently repeat them in your mind, or simply listen, and allow the words to sink into your heart.

Affirmation 1 I am calm, I am centered, I am at peace. Breathe in calm, breathe out any tension.

Affirmation 2 My mind is clear, focused, and steady. Imagine a soft, clear, blue sky inside your mind. Open, expansive, free.

Affirmation 3 I release what I cannot control, and I welcome peace into my heart.

Feel the burdens you carry, gently lifting away with each exhale. Affirmation 4 I have the power to choose calm over chaos.

Picture yourself standing steady, like a strong, rooted tree, no matter what winds may blow.

Affirmation 5 Each breath I take brings more clarity and ease into my being. Feel your body absorbing this ease, as if every cell is softening, relaxing, restoring itself.

Affirmation 6 I focus on what matters most, and I trust myself to handle all that comes my way.

Affirmation 7 Sense your inner wisdom lighting up from within, steady and unwavering.

Now, take a few more deep breaths, letting these affirmations echo gently in your heart.

Allow their calm energy to fill every part of your being. With each breath, you are building a sanctuary of peace inside you, a place you can return to any time you need.

Slowly, begin to bring your awareness back to the room around you. Wiggle your fingers and toes lightly, and when you're ready, gently open your eyes, carrying this sense of calm and focus into the rest of your day.
