Now, let's begin. Take a deep, slow breath in and let it flow out naturally. Feel yourself softening with each exhale. Another deep breath in, filling your lungs completely, and a gentle breath out, releasing any tension you may be holding.

There's no rush, no expectations, only the sweet simplicity of your breath. Now, in your mind's eye, imagine yourself waking up to a perfect morning.

The light is soft, golden and warm. You feel rested, energized, and full of gentle happiness.

Picture yourself stepping into this day with ease. Your body feels light, your heart feels open, your mind feels clear and steady.

Notice a sense of quiet joy bubbling just beneath the surface, ready to rise. Visualize yourself moving through the day with confidence. Each task you encounter flows smoothly, each interaction is filled with kindness and understanding.

You feel deeply connected to yourself and to the world around you. Now, bring to mind one thing you're looking forward to today. It can be small. A warm cup of tea, a kind smile, a favorite song. Hold that image softly in your heart.

Feel gratitude for it, even before it arrives. Imagine this feeling of joyful anticipation growing stronger with every breath you take. It fills your chest, it lights up your face, it warms the air around you. And if any worries appear, simply picture them as tiny clouds drifting across a wide blue sky.
